This agreement between Worthwild and yourself will begin when you complete your order.

By agreeing to the terms and condition, I agree that there can be no refunds. If I were to pull out of the program after this date, no other potential participants would be able to join, therefore money would be lost and the dynamics of the group would change.

I provide my consent to Worthwild to exhibit, copy, publish, distribute or otherwise use on their website and other social media sites, agreed testimonials, conversations (these will all be anonymous with no names used unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties), and pictures during the coaching process. I further provide my consent to Worthwild to edit the information I provide and publish or use an edited or partial version, so long as any such edits do not create a misleading or false version of the information originally provided.

I understand the services to be provided by the coach to the client are pre-designed with the modules indicated via the website. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential. Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

This agreement indicates full understanding of the agreement with the information outlined above.
